Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CreatorCraft Ltd, trading as MissPic ("MissPic", "we", "us", or "our"). CreatorCraft Ltd is registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
By downloading, accessing, or using MissPic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or website.
1. About MissPic
MissPic is an AI-powered portrait enhancement app. It allows users to upload or select photos, apply AI editing and enhancement features, and save or use the resulting images.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of MissPic at any time, including features, availability, and pricing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MissPic. If you are under 18, you should use MissPic only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use MissPic if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your use would cause us to breach any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party obligation.
3. Accounts
Some features, including paid subscription features, may require you to create or use an account through Apple, Google, email login, or another supported sign-in method.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not allow another person to use your account in a way that breaches these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the service, created risk for other users or for us, or used MissPic unlawfully.
4. Your Photos and Content
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload to MissPic. We do not claim ownership of your photos.
By uploading, selecting, or submitting a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display that photo solely as needed to provide MissPic, generate your requested edits, deliver results, operate the service, provide support, and enforce these Terms.
If you submit feedback or rate an edited photo poorly, you also grant us permission to retain and internally review the relevant original photo, edited result, rating, and feedback for quality review and service improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos you upload, the rights you have in them, and how you use the edited results. You agree that:
- You own the photos you upload or have all permissions and consents needed to upload and edit them.
- You have consent from every identifiable person shown in a photo, including any required consent from a parent or guardian where the person is a minor.
- You will not upload, edit, create, or share content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful.
- You will not use MissPic to impersonate someone, mislead others, harass people, create non-consensual imagery, or violate anyone's rights.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, bypass, interfere with, or misuse MissPic or its underlying systems.
- You are solely responsible for checking whether an edited image is suitable for your intended use before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
6. AI Outputs
MissPic uses AI to generate edited images. AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, unexpected, unflattering, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be appropriate for professional, commercial, legal, medical, identity, or other sensitive uses.
You are responsible for your use of any image generated or edited through MissPic. We are not responsible for how you or anyone else uses, interprets, publishes, or shares AI-edited images.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
MissPic may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, credits, or other paid features. Paywalls and subscription access may be managed using Superwall, but payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play.
The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and any other purchase conditions will be shown before you confirm a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal deadline set by the relevant platform.
- We do not directly process subscription payments and generally cannot cancel subscriptions or issue refunds on behalf of Apple or Google.
- Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google and are handled under their refund policies.
- We may change prices or paid features from time to time, subject to platform rules and any notice required by law.
8. Our Intellectual Property
MissPic, including the app, website, brand, logo, design, code, features, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by CreatorCraft Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MissPic for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. We do not grant you any rights in MissPic except those expressly set out in these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
MissPic depends on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Supabase, Superwall, Sentry, cloud hosting providers, and AI processing providers. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party services, app store decisions, payment processing, sign-in providers, network providers, or AI infrastructure outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissPic is provided without warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that MissPic will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or available at all times.
We disclaim all implied warranties and conditions to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the paragraph above, CreatorCraft Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses, or for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of or reliance on AI-edited images.
Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to MissPic or these Terms will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to use MissPic in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) GBP 100.
12. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorCraft Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your uploaded photos, your lack of rights or consent for uploaded content, or your use or sharing of images generated through MissPic.
13. Termination
You may stop using MissPic at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MissPic if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections about your responsibilities, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use MissPic. By using MissPic, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in that policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by updating this page, providing an in-app notice, or contacting you where appropriate. Your continued use of MissPic after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or MissPic.
17. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about MissPic. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations if needed as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
